Crucial SIM Carrier Debt Warning

Ensure the recipient SIM has no outstanding SOS airtime debt before purchasing. Apex Prime shall not be held liable, and no refunds will be issued, if data bundles are not received due to network provider deductions to settle SIM debt.

1. Account Registration & Security

By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account access.

  • Only one main agent account is allowed per user.
  • All registrations must undergo database validation.

2. Transaction & Fulfillment Rules

We process data bundles, airtime, WAEC e-cards, and SIM activation requests automatically. Fulfillment takes place within seconds under optimal network conditions.

  • Paystack credit deposits are credited to your wallet instantly.
  • Double check the recipient's phone number before completing your purchase.

3. Debt Settlement & Borrowing (Free Mode)

Our Free Mode borrowing system is designed exclusively for trusted, premium agents to carry out transaction activities on credit when wallet balances are depleted.

  • Outstanding debt must be cleared promptly.
  • Systematic delay in clearing debt will result in status restriction.

4. SIM & Business Registrations

All AFA and merchant registration submissions require 100% compliant documentation. We enforce strict guidelines to align with national regulatory directives.

  • File uploads are strictly limited to valid PDF document types.
  • Standard AFA setup registration fee is capped strictly at GHS 10.00.

5. System Operational Hours

Apex Prime core servers and individual merchant storefronts operate strictly between the hours of 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM daily (GMT). Outside of these operational hours, transaction processing, checkouts, and account registrations are suspended for overnight maintenance.

  • Transactions initiated close to closing time may be queued and dispatched at 5:00 AM the following morning.
  • Automated notifications and guard screens will prevent checkouts during the nightly offline hours.

6. API Integration & Security

Access to developer settings, API key generation, and technical documentation is strictly reserved for verified Elite Accounts. Standard and Client level agents are prohibited from programmatically querying or interacting with transaction interfaces.

  • Secret API Keys must be treated with maximum confidentiality and securely stored server-side.
  • Custom webhook callback integrations must be configured over secure HTTPS protocols to receive automated status updates.
